ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন যে, আপনি কোনোভাবে ওয়েবসাইটের ক্ষতি করবেন না বা এর সিকিউরিটি লঙ্ঘন করার চেষ্টা করবেন না।

২. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)

Chan Bd কোনো প্রকার তথ্যগত ভুল, প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা বা সার্ভিস ব্যাঘাতের জন্য দায়ী নয়।
ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে Chan Bd তার জন্য কোনো দায় নেবে না।

আমরা যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করতে পারি।
পরিবর্তনের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন।

* We generally do not expect returns for any reason after purchase. But we understand that things happen and we are happy to consider request for return on a case by case basis. Of course within the certain time limits.  However,  please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been programmed, changed or otherwise affected, soldered and used.  However please note that acceptance of return is not granted and only final decisions is taken by ChanBd

* Sometimes you may have some concern about the quality of our products, we understand about these. If you have any questions ,uncertainty or lack of confidence about the quality of the product, we kindly request you to come to one of our sales center. Inspect the quality and check the specification by yourself  and we will do our best to provide all your queries then buy the products. We will be happy. We value your satisfactions.  We want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our product and cooperation. That is why we encourage you to visit our sales point.

* When connecting your device, please follow the general precaution  because a little mistakes in electrical connections or reverse polarity can easily causes damage.

* If you experience any technical issues such as programming problem software or drivers, we ask that you resolve them on your own. Technical service is available but it must be paid for separately.

* The price of our products are subject to change without any prior notice.

* We reserve the full right to refuse any order you place with us.

* We will hold your ordered product for a maximum of one day and you must confirm payment within that time. Without the payment we are not liable for the confirmation of the product. After one day we may hold your ordered product depending on the stock availavility.

* For deliveries the order we use Steadfast, Pathao, Redx, Sundarban, Janani and AJR courier service company for all over banglades. Normally Within Dhaka City and in most cases also the Divisional city will take 1-2 days for deliveries. Outside Dhaka and Divisional city will take 2-3 days.

* We will select the courier company depending on the products and location.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service. 

* After handover your order to the courier company . You will have to follow the respective company’s policy

* If home delivery is not available in your location then you will have to collect your order from the nearest courier service point by yourself.  All charges will be aplicable according to the courier sevrice company’s price.

* For some orders you will need to pay full in advance.In some case 30% of your order , in some case 300/- BDT and for order less then 300/- BDT needs to pay first. Which will be deducted from your total invoice amount when the package is sent. Some order we will delivery on COD term. We made this decision to ensure that the customer are serious about their order and reduces the cancellation and change of mind. Moreover it can cover up the shipping cost in case of cancellation.

* If you choose to pay cash on delivery (COD) ,an additional charges of 1/- BDT for each hundred will be charged by courier company.

* After you have placed your order, we will send you an email and mobile messages with order informations and updates.Or our sales team will contact you. Once your order is completed,  we will send you emails and mobile messages asking for your product to review. Your feedback is important to us and helps others make  purchasing decisions in the future.

* We will share your personal information like the name, address and phone number with the courier service company to deliver your order. Because the courier service company requires this ionformation to locate and deliver the package to the right person.

* We reserve the rights to modify or discontinue the service or product’s price  at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification of price changes, suspensions,discontinues or continuance of the services and products. 

* We do our best to ensure that all products are in good working conditions before  your order dispatched from our warehouse. However due to the nature of the products we sell. We can not guarantee that they will work perfectly for everyone and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise after your purchase.

If you are unsure about how to use or install a product. We will recommend you for  seeking advice from a qualified professional before making purchase. He  can help you to ensure that you select the right products for your needs and that you are able to use it safely and effectively.
